All Star Code is truly shaping the future by creating pathways to economic opportunity through computer science education and mentorship. I am proud to have played a role in this mission by leading the revamp of their Admissions page ahead of the 2025 Summer Program application launch. I engaged and managed a team of developers and designers to create a fresh, user-friendly design, earning a standing ovation from their Director of Marketing and Communications, Tony Stewart.
XD ACADEMY
2022-2025
This project was especially close to my heart, as it allowed me to create and contribute to a platform that supports my fellow Multicultural Advertising Internship Program (MAIP) alumni and current fellows in navigating the Advertising industry. Over three years, I led the successful launch of the xdacademy.elephant.is platform to house all XD content, spearheaded a site revamp to align the program’s updated design and approach. I worked closely with MAIP leadership to ensure a comprehensive and impactful experience for the community. The success of the XD site earned ELEPHANT four prestigious Anthem Awards.
IPG RISE IMPACT HUB
2024
I led the development and launch of the IPG Diversity and Social Impact Hub, an internal resource designed to support the 60,000 employees across networks. This was an extremely quick and significant initiative requiring strategic collaboration across teams, innovative problem solving, and incredibly efficient project management. The successful completion of this project not only informed my leadership skills but also showcased my ability to deliver results that align with the organizations DEI Values.
